• Friday, 10/17:  Funding request form closes

• Weekly meetings at Jan's on Thursdays at 6:30am

  • October 2, 2025: Teachers Tony Tullbane (Elementary PE) and Kayla Maddox (Elementary Art) to give more details about their funding requests.

  • October 9, 2025: Liz Barnaby, Principal of BVHS, and Greg Perrin, Social Studies teacher at BVHS, to discuss their funding requests.

  • October 16, 2025: Kira Jones, Chaffee County Fire Chief

  • October 23, 2025: Chandra Swanson, newly appointed Airport Manager

  • October 30, 2025: Gina Lucrezi, County Commissioner:  "State of the Union" for Chaffee County

November

  • November 6, 2025:  Business meeting to discuss and approve funding proposals for local activities and programs.

  • November 13, 2025:  Andy Jasicki, Chaffee County Hockey Association, about his funding request for an ice rink for the county. Presentation of funding check.

  • November 20, 2025: Pam Williams, BVHS PE Teacher, and Jamie Page, BVMS Student Council Advisor, re their funding requests. Presentation of funding checks.

  • November 27, 2025: Thanksgiving—no meeting.

December
